Poyatos and driving tour of the Escabas Valley

Poyatos offers a setting that combines natural beauty with the medieval history visible in its architecture. The livestock activity and the patronage of Don Miguel Muñoz have marked its development. The town is surrounded by a wall that includes the Council Arch and a historic forge. Highlights include the Gothic church, the Renaissance town hall, and the birthplace of Bishop Don Miguel. The fountain and the medieval bridge reinforce its historical character. In the surroundings you can practice adventure sports in the ravine of the Dehesa stream.
